Visitor Show Overview
The focus for 2017 will be on the value added wood producers, the harvesting sector, woodlands operations, community forests, silviculture.
The Education Sector will focus on training and employment services, an increasingly important challenge for the natural resource industry and that definitely includes forestry. Representatives of career organizers, training schools and post-secondary institutions will have a presence at this event.
A Recruitment Fair is part of the event. Companies and exhibitors who are collecting resumes will be identified during the show.
2017 will see a huge presence of Value Added Wood Producers and private landowners. Private woodlot owners will be able to speak to log procurement representatives to discuss the value of their timber and will be able to see new technology geared to their individual woodlot needs.
The show will feature 250 displays, both indoor as well as outdoor. You could meet with all parts of the forestry industry from Ontario at this 3 day event. Saw Tech Log Expo is the only Forestry Expo representing Ontario for 2017.
